Trash Reminders
Trash cans need to be on the curb for trash pickup by 6 AM. Trash cans should not be left on the curb for longer than 24 hours after trash pickup, per ORD 50.11. Trash cans must be stored in the side or rear yard up against a building and not in front of the house or garage per ORD 96.09.

- Paperboard (like cereal boxes)
- Cardboard
- Office paper
- Envelopes and junk mail
- Newspapers, magazines and inserts
- Telephone books and catalogs
- Cartons

Bulk/Large Items
A reminder that residents may place one bulk/large item per week out with their trash free of charge.
Contact Rumpke 48 hours in advance by calling 1-800-828-8171 to schedule bulk item collection.
Mattresses and upholstered items must be wrapped or bagged in plastic to ensure collection. Village of New Lebanon is selling containment bags for $7 per bag at the Village Offices (198 S. Clayton Rd, New Lebanon, OH).
