Solicitors:

Anyone soliciting in the Village of New Lebanon is required to obtain a permit and submit to a background check.

The permits are obtained in the village office for $10.00.

Solicitors are required to carry said permit and present it upon request of any resident they contact in the village. They should also have an appropriate photo identification with them at all times.

Hours of solicitation are 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
